Munich has plenty attractions to offer: a world famous opera house, theater and classical music with three renowned symphony orchestras, two ballet companies as well as many museums for history, architecture and outstanding art galleries. Munich is a very green city with its Englischer Garten the main park. Try the Chinesischer Turm, a pagoda, surrounded by a beer garden seating 7,000 people. Less busy is Schloss Nymphenburg, 6kms from the city centre.
