La Distillerie de Pezenas will be proud to host your business seminars and team meetings in a friendly and refined atmosphere. Just a stone's throw from the historic Pezenas city centre, take advantage of our boutique hotel with its meeting room specially equipped to host your seminars (display screen, video projection, high-speed WiFi). We also invite you to make the most of our private garden for pleasant breaks between meetings, the restaurant and wine bar to re-lift your energy levels, and our spa if a moment of relaxation is on the menu. Upon simple request, we can also offer you a wide range of sporting - golf, canyoning, horse riding, hiking, climbing, mountain biking – or cultural activities that focus on Languedoc heritage in the surrounding cities and towns, such as Saint-Guilhem le Desert, Olargues or Roquebrun. And lastly, we can also organise numerous vineyard and wine based activities, including visits to wine-growing estates and private tastings.

You cannot stay in the Midi without succumbing to the multiple flavours of Mediterranean cuisine. In an original, warm setting, discover the friendly atmosphere of the wine bar and celebrate Languedoc's local produce through regionally inspired dishes and wines. Almost all of the tapas are made using local produce: Bouzigues oyster gratin, tapenade, Lucques olives, Sete-style tielle (spicy octopus or squid pie), eggplant caviar, Pezenas-style petits pâtés (meat pastries)…
