General conditions:

The offer is valid for a residential seminar only and a minimum of 30 participants. To benefit from this offer, your residential seminar must be confirmed before June 30th, 2009 with the sales department of HOTELS and PREFERENCE. All seminars previously confirmed will not benefit from this offer. You will receive your preference gift card at the end of your event and after the complete payment. Your residential meeting has to include at least: a night in room with breakfast, one dinner andor a lunch, the rent of the room, the coffee breaks.
