The Bastide is a wonderful hotel: from the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff to the cleanliness, the decor and the facilities. Breakfast was outstanding in quality and range of food. The hotel, being on the slopes behind the town, is a brisk fifteen walk to the La Croisette.

When I booked this hotel I was very much looking forward to my stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff are all very friendly. The pool was heated, which we all loved + the rooftop jacuzzi’s were outstanding due to the most amazing view. We will definitely be back again.

I stay only one night for business reasons, but I’ve discovered a lovely place to stay for holidays. All is perfect the room very comfortable and the staff so helpful. So close to the town center.

I have stayed at your hotel a number of times and always have had an enjoyable stay. 2 nits this time however - 1. for the first time in 4/5 stays with you we were charged additional for breakfast 2. I was travelling with a business colleague and asked for a suite to be made up as a twin rather than a double room. I was told this was not possible - despite this having been done for us on prior visits - and again charged extra for an additional bed.

Staff confused and rude!! Mixing up everything, insisting you to pay breakfast despite included. Really horrible experience. No access to supervisor or responsible manager so no correction possible.

We had an amazing stay here, couldn’t fault this place at all. The facilities are fantastic, we highly rated the pool and rooftop jacuzzi. The staff are also so accommodating, Tatiana in particular was fantastic! The rooms are great and the location is only a short walk into the restaurants of Cannes. We would highly recommend staying here!

We always look forward to our summer stay at La Bastide de l'Oliveraie. The staff is truly outstanding, the hotel is immaculate and has a beautiful garden. We stayed in a Privilege Room with a pool view, everything was perfect, large bathroom, comfy bed, all very clean. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the rooftop. The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area, a short walk from the city center.

Train the staff to be proactive in helping to order takeaway as there is no dining possibility but there is a kitchenette. Also, in a country well known for its wines, envisage the possibility to order wine by bottle and not only by glass! Great place to stay anyway!

This is our 6th visit. We love everything about this hotel. It’s spotlessly clean, modern with a French feel to furnishings. The team are so welcoming. Love that the pool is heated. Location is amazing and within walking distance to the main attractions in Cannes. We will be back next Spring.

We stayed as part of a Luxury Escapes deal. We were upgraded to a disabled room. The shower didn’t drain properly nor did the sink in bathroom. We did get a lovely welcome pack. We could park our rental & we enjoyed the amenities- jacuzzi, Hammam & sauna which were unexpected. Short walk into Cannes proper & could walk easily out & back. Some minor maintenance on the room would help - also left with only decaff pods for coffee machine which was unusual. Staff were helpful.

We really loved staying at the hotel. We stayed in the classic room which was charming, big and really comfortable. The breakfast is also great. Fresh products, crepes, croissants, really nice. The staff was very supportive and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good experience. The room was clean and nicely equipped. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially with our baby :-) « massages » were also very Nice. Very good value for money. The only improprement coule be to have a real room service which is missing.

The service was very good, breakfast choice was good, but repetitive, you were not given a daily menu. The availability of lunch should be put into guest rooms, we didn’t realize it was available until we were leaving. Maid service was excellent .

The hotel even better than expected. We were happy with everything. The only suggestion I would make is tell people at check-in that it is possible to order in food at night. We saw one brochure but I think there were more options for having evening meals there. Just an idea. We stayed out most of the day so we were happy to stay and eat at the hotel and relax at night.
