HOTELS & PREFERENCE has developed four categories for its mem-bers, plus the distinguished Palace and Prestigious Cuisine classification. To ensure and maintain a portfolio of top ranked properties, each hotel is visited and surveyed for classification by HOTELS & PREFERENCE.

Gold: Superior establishment with extraordinary atmosphere and tradi-tion.

Club Preference
The “Club Preference” loyalty program was developed to reward cus-tomers for frequent stays within the network.  In just three years, Club Preference has secured thousands of members who faithfully choose their accommodations in the HOTELS & PREFERENCE portfolio.  Club Preference members receive preferred services and benefits that in-crease with each visit to one of the properties.

Hotels gain access to more than 550,000 travel agents worldwide through the HOTELS & PREFERENCE system which connects seam-lessly to Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo and Amadeus.  One screen man-ages rates for the Internet Distribution System, GDS and the HOTELS & PREFERENCE Web site.

The “PREFERENCE” Packet
A new approach to the standard gift certificate designed to increase a hotel’s average rate and drive more traffic through the network of prop-erties.  The “Preference” packet was created to differentiate HOTELS & PREFERENCE from the competition and allow the end user ultimate flexibility.

The “Preference” packet invites guest to choose the property of their choice as well as their amenities – spa, golf, exquisite gourmet dining.

Maintained with top-of-the-line industry software, the HOTELS & PREFERENCE Web site offers full visibility and seamless integration with the company’s CRM and GDS systems.  Members receive 11 pages per property, 30 photographs, and the content is translated in 11 languages for optimal sales coverage thanks to the use of web2.O technology.

Members can promote special packages to entice group business through this Web portal designed to target and market to corporate travel decision makers and third-party incentive and meeting houses.

COMMUNICATIONS:
HOTELS & PREFERENCE offers public relations strategies to support sales and marketing goals that include media outreach, strategic part-nerships (including L’Avion, American Express, Visa Infinite and Galeries Lafayette), events such as the HOTELS & PREFERENCE GOLF CUP, e-marketing and the HOTELS & PREFERENCE guide which has been awarded the “Best Luxury International Hotel Guide” in 2003 and 2004.
