To make the guests stay even more enjoyable the Chef proposes two dining atmospheres. The chef himself qualifies his cuisine, this new concept is designed to coexist on 2 formules (bistrot and gourmet) in a luxury hotel.

The bistrot, for a light and casual lunch or dinner and the gastronomic restaurant where our Chef proposes you an innovating Provençal kitchen.
We invite you to visit our wine cellar, to enjoy a wine degustation with our "sommelier", and we can also propose kitchen's lessons.

Hours of operation

The bistrot will be open from 12 pm to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week, and a wine tasting is proposed untill 11 pm. We propose you a lunch menu from 26 euros.

The chef

The Chef Marc de Passorio, 1st Star Michelin Guide 2009, 16/20 Gault and Millau 2009, a member of the international White Toques, of Auguste Escoffier.
