Hours of operation

Gastronomic restaurant "Le Rosewood" opens every day. Closed only on Mondays and Tuesdays at lunch time. Lounge-Bar "Le Clipper" open every day from midday to 11 PM.

Breakfast; in the restaurant from 7:30AM to 10:00 PM, in the room from 7:00AM to 11:00 PM. Lunch; from 12:30AM to 2:00 PM. Dinner; from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. 12.AM-2.PM / 7.30PM-9.30PM

The chef

After years working in Le Grand Hôtel headed by Nicolas Masse, Olivier Brouillet, recently promoted Chef takes his own inspiration from Basque cuisine patrimony. In his restaurant, we celebrate earth and sea delicacies, but also fresh products, staring at the Ocean. A cuisine that has ensured to the "Rosewood" gourmet restaurant its first Michelin star, that confirms its rank in the most prestigious tables of the region.
