All meeting rooms are equipped with scratch pad, pencils, paper, markers, video projection screen, paper-board, overhead projector, telephone in room, carrousel, arrowing. On request: camcorder, typewriter, microphones, arrowing, photocopier, podium, projectors, computers, wiring for sound, video tape recorder, desk lecturer, simultaneous translation system.
