The following Terms and Conditions apply to HOTELS & PREFERENCE.

Booking conditions

You will be informed about the guarantee conditions (deposit, number of your credit card...) directly by the hotels or by our central service. The modification and cancellation terms will be specified during your reservation.

Rates

The prices displayed on our website are non-contractual and are subject to change without notice. They may change depending on the type of room, the time of the year and the current exchange rates.

Responsability

HOTELS & PREFERENCE shall not be responsible for any error or involuntary omission which occurs despite the attentive care and control of the production of this site. HOTELS & PREFERENCE reserves the right to modify at any time information present on the website by updating it. We shall therefore not be made responsible for any direct or indirect damage arising from the content of this website. HOTELS & PREFERENCE and its member hotels assume no responsibility with regards to the restriction, modification or cancellation of bookings in case of force majeure and beyond their control, like: fires, terrorist activities, strikes, bad weather or diseases. The user is committed not to publish any information involving any civil or penal liability on this website, and is prohibited to broadcast illegal or defamatory information.

Absence d'un droit de rétractation

Les dispositions légales relatives à la vente à distance prévues dans le code de la consommation prévoient que le droit de rétractation n'est pas applicable aux prestations touristiques (article L.121-20-4 du code de la consommation). Vous ne bénéficierez donc d'aucun droit de rétractation pour l'achat d'un produit sur le site.
