La Table de Marius offers a lunchtime menu of organic and local dishes to be enjoyed from the terrace on stilts overlooking the ponds. In the evening, a gastronomic and creative cuisine is served in an original decor: outdoor lounge or cosy around a superb fireplace. Chef Jérémy Faure is committed to offering quality, seasonal and locally sourced products. The organic bull from the Camargue comes from the producer Jacques Giraud of the Domaine de la Tour du Cazeau and the vegetables from the biological farm Lutin Jardin in Montferrier-sur-Lez.
On Saturday evening, a dinner and show is offered, with a group of musicians, singers and gypsy dancers.
Evenings from Tuesday to Sunday, the menu is 75 euros per person (Starter, Main course, Dessert - excluding drinks).

The Spa, with Nuxe treatments, has an indoor pool heated to 28°C, an ice waterfall, a hydro-massage bath and a sauna. It's time to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet to relax your body and mind. The team of qualified professionals will meet all your needs. To guarantee the calm, serenity and privacy of our clients, access to the facilities is only possible when you take a treatment. We therefore advise you to book your treatments in advance. The fitness room is accessible to all hotel guests.

Renovated in December 2011 by Studio Maow in complicity with Sylvia Fabbian and Clemence Fenninger, the hotel now has a deliberately simple and uncluttered design to make the most of the surrounding nature. Throughout the hotel, antiques and curiosities mingle with contemporary furnishings to create a bohemian interior and inspiring Bertoia chairs to the marble table by Eero Saarinen Tulip, the best designers compete imagination. The tone is set from the lobby, white, decorated simply with the huge lamp cape of designer Constance Guisset that projects its shadow at the mercy of air currents. The restaurant is decorated in an industrial spirit with its Tolix chairs and lockers workshops, enhanced by the luster Cloud 6 French designer Hervé Langlais. Finally decline their rooms bright and modern harmonies white furniture, bedding linen wrinkled. All the elements that make up the decor come from the area or have been manufactured in France for the sake of sustainable development.

The hotel is lovely and the new decoration in the restaurant is lovely, our room was very good and enjoyed the spa, but with such attentive staff with us all the time, we might have enjoyed a little more privacy please

One menu, à la carte the same as in the menu does not leave you any choice - very poor for a place like the Mas de la Fouque! The director gave the impression that he is not interested in happy guests; he did not like critical comments. The pool area was maintained very poorly, dirty outdoor showers, sun beds stained by bird shit! Being a client for many years, the disappointment is to big to chose le Mas de la Fouque again!

Beside the very disappointing service for the price we were especially disappointed by how we were treated when we complained the too much was charged on the bill for the massages.

The stay was great, we had a beautiful room and would definitely come back. We would suggest to have more options on the restaurant menu (vegetarian and at breakfeast). Super relaxing and beautiful decoration!

Some of your staff were excellent, particularly Sabine, and the youngest girl with glasses who was working at reception on our arrival day (i'm afraid we don't remember her name). Others however were unprofessional, and not within the standards we would expect from an establishment of your price. Train and or pay your team better.

The staff was uncoordinated and unmotivated, the lounge at the pool is scruffy and on the little lounge chairs in the front of the terrasse are no pillows (it’s uncomfortable to sit!). The plates during the dinner where dirty (handprints and generall smear). The room was ok but the balcony was very dirty. For the Price it was to less!!!

Les bâtiments sont plutôt vétustes et le rapport qualité-prix notamment sur les services expérience repas pas à la hauteur d'un 4*. Une des chambres avait une porte traversante et les voisins étaient très bruyants sans compter l'odeur désagréable dans la chambre durant 2 jours.
