Twenty-five hectares of park, a French garden, marble, wood panelling, trompe-l'œil frescoes - nothing was too good for Château d'Artigny, which overlooks the Indre valley.
The chef - Hervé Guttin - serves traditional cuisine all year round. The menu showcases the region to its best advantage, and the wine selection is mouth-watering. Evenings are often filled with the sounds and rhythms of organised musical events.
