The organic bull from the Camargue comes from the producer Jacques Giraud of the Domaine de la Tour du Cazeau and the vegetables from the biological farm Lutin Jardin in Montferrier-sur-Lez.

design

Renovated in December 2011 by Studio Maow in complicity with Sylvia Fabbian and Clemence Fenninger, the hotel now has a deliberately simple and uncluttered design to make the most of the surrounding nature. Throughout the hotel, antiques and curiosities mingle with contemporary furnishings to create a bohemian interior and inspiring Bertoia chairs to the marble table by Eero Saarinen Tulip, the best designers compete imagination. The tone is set from the lobby, white, decorated simply with the huge lamp cape of designer Constance Guisset that projects its shadow at the mercy of air currents. The restaurant is decorated in an industrial spirit with its Tolix chairs and lockers workshops, enhanced by the luster Cloud 6 French designer Hervé Langlais. Finally decline their rooms bright and modern harmonies white furniture, bedding linen wrinkled. All the elements that make up the decor come from the area or have been manufactured in France for the sake of sustainable development.

The stay was great, we had a beautiful room and would definitely come back. We would suggest to have more options on the restaurant menu (vegetarian and at breakfeast). Super relaxing and beautiful decoration!

The service is far behind what it was a couple of years, at all levels.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the Camargue surrounded by nature. The swimming pool and quality of food are a bonus. Marius and the ducks are so cute as well as the horse which had a little one. I only didn't like the late check in time of 16:00 hrs.
