Chef Patrick Käppler and his team offer a French gastronomy, fine and inventive in the dining room, which offers a unique and spectacular view of Paris. The menu is adapted to each season with a choice of fresh products of high quality. The large gallery parquet, fireplace, sofas and seating areas invite you to relax with an aperitif or digestif. The modern kitchen footprint eventually replaced the noble old recipes. Recall that it was here in 1847, that Collinet invented Béarnaise sauce and blown apples. Pavillon Henri IV of the restaurant has a panoramic terrace open in summer.
