Il suo ristorante gastronomico “Le Vilargène” è considerato il migliore della regione, ed è citato, fra le altre, nella prestigiosa guida Michelin. Le specialità sono il pesce e i crostacei, provenienti dalla Manica, e naturalmente i piatti tipici della gastronomia regionale, che vanta una notevole varietà di pietanze, data dalla ricchezza del territorio. Il menù, infatti, comprende pesce d’acqua dolce, dalle carpe alle trote e le piccole anguille del fiume Somme, che vengono cucinate con erbe fini; la carne d’agnello d’Estran, dal sapore un po’ salmastro, e i brasati, poiché nei pascoli il bestiame si nutre di erbe grasse, producendo una carne particolarmente adatta a piatti robusti.
