Château Les Oliviers de Salettes offers gourmet dining in the heart of the château. You will be welcomed in a vaulted stone room or on the panoramic terrace. The chef uses local produce to create refined, generous and colourful dishes. 

When the fine weather returns, the Grill de la Bastide opens its doors. Grilled fish and meat will be accompanied by vegetables from the kitchen garden. Vegetarians won't be left out, either, as they'll be served salad and a host of other delights.

The Spa Cinq Mondes offers a truly relaxing interlude. Book yourself a treatment room and surrender to the expert hands of our practitioners. Other services include a sauna, hammam, Zen garden and outdoor jacuzzi. 

Two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is infinity, with a 180-degree view over the Drôme countryside, including the cliffs of Eyzahut and the pre-Alps of the south, allow you to make the most of your stay while cooling off.
