At Château Les Oliviers de Salettes, the gastronomic restaurant, awarded one MICHELIN star, is located in the heart of the Château. Guests are welcomed in a beautiful stone-vaulted dining room or on the panoramic terrace. The chefs highlight local products through refined, generous, and colorful dishes.
When the warm season returns, the estate’s bistro, Le Grill, opens its doors. Grilled fish and meats are served with vegetables from the garden, while vegetarians can enjoy hearty salads and many other delicious creations.
