The Brasserie du Rempart, which can accommodate up to 100 guests, offers a warm setting where tradition meets modernity. The chef, David Séchet, offers traditional Burgundian cuisine through a varied menu and carefully crafted menus. All meats are of French origin, and dishes are prepared with fresh seasonal produce.
