The Brasserie du Rempart, which can accommodate up to 100 guests, offers a warm setting where tradition meets modernity. The chef, David Séchet, offers traditional Burgundian cuisine through a varied menu and carefully crafted menus. All meats are of French origin, and dishes are prepared with fresh seasonal produce. Lovers of local produce will be delighted! Come and enjoy an authentic cuisine that will delight the most demanding palates.
